The staff at the Gateway
Mid-America Toy Show (GMATS) respects your right to privacy. However, in order
to produce the GMATS we need to gather certain information. Required information
may include your business name, your name, postal address, telephone number,
email address and credit card information. We reserve the right to utilize the
information you provide, to facilitate the normal business procedures of
promoting, hosting, and producing the annual Gateway Mid-America Toy Show.
These procedures may include:

We may use
the information you provide to correspond with you in the duties of promoting
the GMATS.

We may
disclose the information you provide to the Sheraton to generate the necessary
room reservations.
o
We will make
every effort to prevent your financial information from disclosure to
unauthorized personnel.

We may use
the information you provide in the advertisement of the GMATS, which may include
single page flyers, magazine, newspaper ads, radio, and television commercials.
Such information may include your business name, your name, postal address,
telephone number, email address as well as a description of items you offer for
sale.
Third Party Privacy Policies:

The Gateway
Mid-America Toy Show works closely with certain third parties to produce the
annual GMATS, however, our privacy policy cannot extend to these third parties,
therefore, we cannot be held liable for damages in the event of a security
breach of information held by these third parties.
The Gateway Mid-America
Toy Show reserves the right to modify our Privacy Policy.
